CASA ROSA HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
This holiday home is centrally located in the quiet residential area of Les Fonts, between the seaside resorts of Moraira and Javea with a view of the picturesque Spanish village of Benitachell in the distance. The villa with private pool is approximately 15 minutes by car from various beaches and the beautiful bay of Cala Moraig. Just around the corner you have a lovely area to walk or cycling. Do you play golf, just 5 minutes by car you find the Javea Golf Club. This is a lovely place to have a wonderful family holiday !
LAYOUT CASA ROSA
Through the hall you enter the spacious hallway with the kitchen on the right, equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 3-burner stove, kettle and citrus juicer. There is a utility room with washing machine and extra freezer. The living room has a spacious seating area and satellite TV (NL channels). There are mosquito screens on the windows and air conditioning. Through the semi-open space you enter the dining room with large modern dining table and patio doors overlooking the private swimming pool, WiFi is available. Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200). Bedroom 2: 2-single beds (90x200). It is not possible to add a baby cot. There is 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
OUTSIDE AT CASA ROSA
A staircase leads down to the terrace with private swimming pool. There is a semi-closed covered area with a large dining table where you can enjoy a long meal. In summer this is a nice shady spot. Around the spacious private swimming pool there are sun beds, sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and parasols. The parking lot, which can be closed with an iron gate, offers space for 2 cars. The villa is conveniently located in terms of sun, there is a spot in the garden where you can enjoy it all day long.

Particularities
- In July and August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a stay of at least 7 nights.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

– Electricity: 125 kWh per week is included (€0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
Short winter rental maximum of 2 weeks in the period of November till March
This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (Up to 24 years)

Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
