VILLA COLINA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This holiday home with private swimming pool has a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea and the green valley of Moraira from the terrace. De fully fenced garden makes that you can fully relax in the fresh air whilst keeping your privacy. Villa Colina has a great private pool, loungeset, private terrace and outside kitchen so you do not even have to leave the villa to experience the ultimate vacation feeling.
LAYOUT OF VILLA COLINA
The living room has a comfortable seating area, television and a dining area. The kitchen is supplied with a refridgerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave/oven-combination and a Nespresso coffee machine. Next to that, there is an extra room with a washing machine and a dryer. Villa Colina had three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the main floor and both have a double bed. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, bidet, double sink and hairdryer. The second bathroom contains a shower, toilet, urinoir and sink. Bedroom 3 is located on the first floor and contains a double bed and doors that open to the balcony. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The villa features Wifi and airconditioning (all bedrooms).
OUTDOORS AT VILLA COLINA
Villa Colina has a terrace with beautiful view on sea. The villa has a spacious garden with a covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy the nice diner that you have prepared in the outside kitchen area. There is a dining table and loungeset outside. Next to the terrace there is a beautiful private swimming pool (approximately 8x4m and max. 2m deep) where you can cool down on hot summer days. De pool is surrounded bij great sunloungers and a there is an outside shower. There is a covered outside parking space for 2 cars.

Minimum stay of 7 nights.
In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure on Sunday. In the other months arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
Winter rental
Winter rental is not possible in this house from November to March.
This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (Up to 24 years)
